• Do you only have new homes for sale on your lots or will you custom build on my land or on other land that might be available in other subdivisions?

  We will custom build your plan on your lot or ours. We normally have a few homes under construction or finished that are for sale so you can see what can be done in your new home and what is included in the price.

• How much do you charge per square foot?

  That is the most asked question and the answer is-depends. Not every house is the same and it depends on how the house is designed and what you include in it that determines the price per square foot. We ask that you furnish us with a blue print and a list of amenities you want in your new home. We will furnish you with a price to build your new home along with the specifications and all your allowances.

• How long does it take to build a new home?

  Depending on the size of the home and the weather it normally takes about six months. The larger the home the longer it takes.

• What if I have a house to sell?

  We can help you. We are partners with Champion Real Estate LLC and over the years have successfully helped our customers sell their existing home and move into their new home.

• Are you a Certified Professional Builder?

  Yes. Jim Campbell Homes is a member of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Assoc. and certified through the Oklahoma State Home Builders Assoc.
